It’s never too late to start your journey toward inner peace. You have the power to foster greater relaxation and emotional regulation in your everyday life!
At CMP Counseling, we provide evidence‑based therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, mind–body concerns, and the unique stressors experienced by first responders.
Our work is rooted in creating a supportive environment where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
Welcome!
I’m Cathy Palubicki, Owner and Clinical Director of CMP Counseling. I’m so glad you’re here.
I created this practice to bring together my clinical expertise with a calm, compassionate approach to care.
Each of us faces challenges and obstacles in life that shape how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us.
Do you constantly feel worried, overwhelmed, sad, or burned out?
Do you feel like your mind never stops racing?
Do you have a tendency to perceive life in a negative way?
Do you find yourself engaging in people pleasing or perfectionism tendencies?
Is your environment affecting you mentally, emotionally, and physically?
Is it hard to see your own value or worth?
These are all common things that most of us have struggled with at some point in our life.
We are here to guide and support individuals in gaining the necessary skills and tools to help redefine their perception on life. By processing through our experiences, we learn to adapt and cope with life challenges and stressors in a healthier way.
We can help you…
overcome anxiety and depression
learn healthier ways to manage stress and cope with emotions
improve communication within relationships
help you explore different aspects of your life that may be impacting you in a negative way
identify unhealthy patterns
work through the root cause of the issues
You can lead a more fulfilling life of inner peace, balance, calm, and harmony, no matter what challenges may come your way.
